Questions about your plan and payment
How much is Elite, and how is it billed?
SAR 19 a month. Your plan renews automatically every month from the day you subscribe until you cancel.
Which payment methods can I use?
You pay on a secure checkout page hosted by Lemon Squeezy, which shows the payment methods available to you before you confirm.
When do Elite benefits switch on?
As soon as the payment provider confirms your payment — usually within moments. If confirmation takes a few minutes, Elite appears in your account automatically; you don't need to do anything.
How do I cancel?
Contact our support team and we'll cancel your plan so it doesn't renew. Once it's cancelled, your account returns to the Free plan, and your data and progress stay exactly as they were.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital benefits are available immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If a technical problem stopped you from using your plan, contact us and we'll review your case fairly.
Does Jazira keep my card details?
No. You enter payment details directly on the payment provider's page — they never pass through or stay on our servers.
Do invites give me Elite?
No. Once 5 invites succeed, your Jazira Assistant limit rises to 10 messages every 8 hours instead of 5 messages. It's a limited bonus — not an Elite subscription, and it doesn't include the Elite badge.
